\"<strong>Riley Actor Riley Keough<\/a> has been named in a bombshell lawsuit that makes explosive claims about the parentage of John Travolta<\/a>\u2019s youngest son, Ben.The allegations about Keough being the biological mother of Travolta’s son, Ben were made by Brigitte Kruse, a former business partner of Priscilla Presley<\/a>. In legal documents obtained by Page Six, the lawsuit has Kruse alleging that Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, used Keough\u2019s eggs to conceive Ben, who was born in 2010. The filing claims Keough received between $10,000 and $20,000 along with an old Jaguar as part of the alleged arrangement.<\/p>\n

Allegations in the lawsuit<\/p>\n

Kruse further alleged that Keough agreed to provide her eggs after her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, had previously offered her own eggs to Travolta and Preston. Lisa Marie Presley passed away in 2023. As per the lawsuit, she agreed to help the couple conceive after being told by her then-husband, Michael Lockwood, that they were unable to have children on their own.The lawsuit also alleges that Travolta and Preston later decided not to use Lisa Marie\u2019s eggs due to concerns over her drug use.<\/p>\n

About the USD 50 million lawsuit<\/p>\n

These revelations come to light amid an amended USD 50 million lawsuit filed by Kruse and Kevin Fialko, former associates of Priscilla Presley, against her son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, alleging breach of contract. The filing claims that following Lisa Marie Presley\u2019s death, \u201cthe entire Presley family clamoured for control of the estate and for pay-outs, using plaintiffs Kruse and Fialko as both negotiators and mediators.\u201d<\/p>\n

Priscilla Presley’s attorney reacts<\/p>\n

Priscilla’s attorney, Marty Singer has strongly denied the allegations in a statement to Us Weekly. Singer accused Kruse of acting without ethical limits and causing pain to Priscilla and her family.\u201cThese recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case,\u201d Singer said, calling the accusations \u201cshameful.\u201d<\/p>\n

About John Travolta and Kelly Preston<\/p>\n

Travolta and Preston married in 1991 and remained together until Preston\u2019s death from breast cancer in 2020 at the age of 57. They share three children. The couple had a son, Jett, who died in 2009 at the age of 16. They are also parents to Ella Bleu, 25, and Ben, 15. Keough, has been married to stuntman Ben Smith-Petersen since 2015.
