{"id":192217,"date":"2025-12-19T01:19:07","date_gmt":"2025-12-19T01:19:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/il\/192217\/"},"modified":"2025-12-19T01:19:07","modified_gmt":"2025-12-19T01:19:07","slug":"tyler-perrys-sistas-sets-season-10-premiere-date-following-season-9-finale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/il\/192217\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;Tyler Perry&#8217;s Sistas&#8217; Sets Season 10 Premiere Date Following Season 9 Finale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blavity.com\/jamie-foxx-daughters-thanks-bet-awards-speech\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">BET<\/a> has set the premiere for the landmark 10th season of Tyler Perry\u2019s Sistas. <\/p>\n<p>The premiere announcement comes right after the Season 9 finale aired Wednesday night, and just as the series is on track to become the \u201cNo. 1 scripted series on cable among Black adults 18-49 for five consecutive years and the #1 series on cable among all Black viewers for three consecutive years.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Just like <a href=\"https:\/\/blavity.com\/entertainment\/tyler-perrys-sistas-renewed-season-9\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">with the Season 9 renewal announcement<\/a> back in March, it seems like Season 10 has already been in production, given the fact that it is premiering so soon. <\/p>\n<p>When does Season 10 of \u2018Tyler Perry\u2019s Sistas\u2019 premiere? <\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a speedy turnaround from season to season, with Season 10 airing less than a month after the Season 9 finale. The Season 10 premiere is set to air Jan. 7 at  9 p.m. New episodes will drop weekly on Wednesdays on BET. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blavity.com\/entertainment\/tyler-perrys-sistas-stars-season-8-impact-of-show\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">At SCAD TVfest earlier in February<\/a>, the cast spoke about the impact of the show on them and viewers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI feel honored,\u201d KJ Smith said. \u201cI feel honored that we\u2019ve been put in this position, that we\u2019ve been responsible with our position, and that we\u2019ve done what I didn\u2019t know or could have dreamed we could do. I mean, when we travel the world, people are saying our names, they\u2019re saying our character names. They\u2019re telling us they love the show.
