Jennifer Lawrence<\/a> is reversing course about one of the things she\u2019ll talk about in interviews. <\/p>\n

During a roundtable with \u201cThe Hollywood Reporter,\u201d<\/a> the Oscar-winning actor opened up about why she\u2019s more willing to talk about her kids, after previously saying that she wouldn\u2019t. <\/p>\n

The topic came up as Lawrence\u2019s new movie, \u201cDie My Love,\u201d centers around a new mom and her experience with postpartum depression and psychosis. <\/p>\n

\u201cI was surprised when I started doing this because I\u2019ve always been really strict about, \u2018I don\u2019t want to talk about my kids,\u2019\u201d Lawrence said, when asked about her recent experience on the \u201cDie My Love\u201d press tour. <\/p>\n

\u201cBut it\u2019s impossible not to, so I\u2019ve landed on, \u2018I will talk about my experience as a mother.\u2019 But it did make me realize that it was not something I had considered.\u201d <\/p>\n

When interviewer Seija Rankin said that Lawrence was \u201creally generous\u201d in talking about her experience, the actor quipped, \u201cToo generous. I hear what you\u2019re saying.\u201d <\/p>\n

Rankin pointed out that Lawrence would talk \u201cabout the meds that helped you\u201d in her own experience after her second child, which the actor described as \u201creally bad postpartum.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cZurzuvae. Really helpful,\u201d the actor shared. <\/p>\n

Lawrence and her husband, Cooke Maroney, have two children together.<\/a> The couple had their first son, named Cy, in 2022. The two recently welcomed their second son in April, though they haven\u2019t publicly shared his name. <\/p>\n

Lawrence opened up about her most recent postpartum experience in an interview with The New Yorker,<\/a> in which she laid bare some of her most intrusive thoughts. <\/p>\n

\u201cI just thought every time he was sleeping he was dead,\u201d she told the outlet. \u201cI thought he cried because he didn\u2019t like his life, or me, or his family.
