There\u2019s something about the coziness of the holiday season that brings old flames back together, and this couldn\u2019t be any truer of the former couple I refuse to let go of: Bennifer 2.0<\/a>. After finalizing their divorce earlier this year, the exes can\u2019t seem to get enough of each other \u2014 in the name of the children, that is. Last year, they popped up at back-to-school night<\/a> to support their kids and earlier this month, they hung out in a high school auditorium<\/a> to watch Affleck\u2019s 16-year-old Fin and Lopez\u2019s 17-year-old Emme test out their thespian skills. Now, Bennifer has united<\/a> once more: Over the weekend, the co-parents met up for some last-minute holiday shopping at Los Angeles\u2019 Brentwood Country Mart.<\/p>\n Per People, Lopez and Affleck arrived at the shopping center separately on Sunday, the latter with his 13-year-old son Sam in tow. A source told the outlet that the divorc\u00e9es proceeded to window shop and chit-chat. \u201cThey met up and went shopping together. Jen and Ben seemed fine,\u201d the source said. \u201cThe focus was mostly on Sam.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHe was excited and chatty. They shopped for gifts in several high-end stores,\u201d they added. \u201cJen asked a lot of questions and picked up gifts for Ben\u2019s kids.\u201d<\/p>\n Well, that certainly seems amicable, but could it be \u2026 romantic? At the very least, the duo looked like they tried appearance-wise: Lopez wore<\/a> a brown polka-dotted dress with a cream sweater, and Affleck wore a coordinating brown-and-cream look that included the coolest set of khakis I\u2019ve ever seen. Maybe the matching ensembles were a coincidence, or maybe they\u2019re still operating on the same wavelength, as exes often do, which leaves me wondering: Is Bennifer 3.0 on the horizon? Probably not, but a girl can dream.
