On 26 December 2025, the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Torch Relay will resume after the two-day Christmas break with the nineteenth stage.\u00a0\u200b\u200bThe route will cross Campania and Lazio, from Caserta to Latina, passing through\u00a0Formia, Gaeta and Sabaudia.<\/p>\n
The day’s programme<\/p>\n
The convoy will leave Caserta at 8.50 a.m. \u200b\u200bThe first torchbearers will accompany the Flame along the city streets and through the historic gardens of the Royal Palace, a symbol of Bourbon magnificence. \u200b\u200bThe second segment will take place in Formia, with arrival scheduled for 11.40, where the Flame will cross the promenade and the main squares of the city.<\/p>\n
Subsequently, the convoy will reach\u00a0\u200b\u200bGaeta, starting at\u00a0\u200b12.40, passing through the historic districts and the panoramic streets overlooking the sea, before reaching\u00a0\u200b\u200bSabaudia\u00a0\u200b\u200bat\u00a0\u200b16.00, with a segment immersed in the natural beauty of the Circeo National Park and the rationalist architecture that characterises the city.<\/p>\n
The grand finale will be in\u00a0\u200bLatina, with the\u00a0\u200bcity\u00a0\u200bcelebration in Piazza della Libert\u00e0, which will host shows, artistic performances and festive moments open to the local community, celebrating the arrival of the Flame and the anticipation of the Winter Olympic Games.<\/p>\n
During the day, the Flame \u2013 accompanied by a separate convoy from the main one \u2013 will pass through some places of great beauty:\u00a0\u200bthe majestic\u00a0\u200bRoyal Palace of Caserta, a symbol of Italy’s artistic and architectural heritage,\u00a0\u200b\u200bMinturno, with its ancient history and Roman ruins, and\u00a0\u200b\u200bSan Felice Circeo, a symbol of the natural beauty and historical tradition of the Lazio coast.<\/p>\n
