\n\tBillie Lourd<\/a> reflected on the nine-year anniversary of the death of her mother Carrie Fisher<\/a> on Saturday by recalling the joyful moments she spends with her children and her father, CAA CEO Bryan Lourd<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tFisher, Billie Lourd<\/a> <\/a>wrote in a long Instagram post<\/a> remembering her mother, \u201clives on through this joy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBillie Lourd shared how she and her daughter went outside this morning and her daughter laid her head on her chest and said \u201cI love you mama\u201d and grabbed her face and kissed her.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cShe does this pretty much every morning and dare I say, there is no better way to wake up and no ritual I love more,\u201d Billie Lourd wrote. \u201cI told her how much her grandmomby would have loved her and she looked up at me and kissed me again.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe American Horror Story actress then shared that she and her daughter went to breakfast with her dad, with the CAA co-chairman and the child running \u201caround together like 2 old souls that have known each other forever.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWatching my dad with my kids is one of the greatest joys I\u2019ve ever known,\u201d The Scream Queens alum wrote. \u201cThe kind of joy that makes your face hurt because you can\u2019t stop smiling, the kind of joy that makes you feel like your life is a movie you thought only existed in movies. But then you take a step back and realize that it\u2019s better than any movie could ever be.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThat joy, Billie Lourd wrote, \u201cwouldn\u2019t be possible without\u201d Fisher.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThis joy only exists because she existed. So even though she is not physically part of this joy, she is part of the reason for it. Even though she is not alive she lives on through this joy,\u201d she wrote. \u201cMy grief takes on many shapes \u2013 today, right now in this moment, that shape is this joy I get to experience watching my kids with my dad. It could and will change shapes multiple times throughout this day because grief is never just one thing but right now I am relishing in this bittersweet grieful joy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIn closing, Billie Lourd said she would \u201cnever stop missing\u201d Fisher. Her remarks were accompanied by two photos, one that appeared to be of Fisher and Bryan Lourd with Billie Lourd as a child and another of Bryan Lourd seemingly holding Billie Lourd\u2019s kids, which Billie Lourd said were taken in the same room 25 years apart.<\/p>\n

\n\tFisher died on Dec. 27, 2016<\/a>, at the age of 60, after suffering a heart attack on a flight from London to Los Angeles. Fisher\u2019s mother, and Billie Lourd\u2019s grandmother, Debbie Reynolds<\/a>, died just a day later, on Dec. 28, at the age of 84.<\/p>\n

\n\tBillie Lourd has paid tribute to her late mom<\/a> on numerous occasions, including on anniversaries<\/a> of her death<\/a> and her birthday. In October, on what would have been Fisher\u2019s 69th birthday, Billie Lourd was again thinking of her children<\/a>, expressing sadness that her mom \u201cnever got to meet her grandchildren and see them grow into the magical smart hilarious kind creatures they are today.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBillie Lourd added of Fisher, \u201cShe was a brilliant magical human and I want them to know that.\u201d<\/p>\n
