Vanessa Hudgens has been a lot of things over the years \u2014 a Disney breakout, a movie star, a festival-style icon. These days, she\u2019s also a mom of two, firmly in her newborn era. And according to her latest Instagram post<\/a>, the difference between those chapters is very real.<\/p>\n

On Sunday, December<\/a> 28, the 37-year-old High School Musical alum shared a throwback photo of herself in a hot pink one-piece and oversized sunglasses while perched on top of a table, calling it a snapshot from \u201csimpler times.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWell I haven\u2019t gone to any holiday parties or even leave the home this holiday season<\/a>. Newborn life<\/a> lol so here\u2019s a photo of me in simpler times where I danced on tables,\u201d Hudgens wrote in the caption. \u201cWhat a year it\u2019s been. From this to mom of 2\u2026. What a journey \u2764\ufe0f.\u201d<\/p>\n

It didn\u2019t take long for fans to flood the comments section.<\/p>\n

\u201cRange! She does it all \ud83d\udd25\u2764\ufe0f Mother, Mutha, Muva,\u201d one person wrote.<\/p>\n

\u201cGave birth 5 minutes ago\u2026 already in better shape than me,\u201d another teased.<\/p>\n

\u201cHopefully one day I look as good as you feel in this picture \ud83d\ude0d,\u201d chimed in a third.<\/p>\n

\u201cWooow\ud83d\ude0d you will always be a goddess!!!\u201d someone else said.<\/p>\n

For anyone who missed the update, Hudgens and her husband, former MLB player Cole Tucker, welcomed their second child last month. She shared the news on Instagram<\/a>November<\/a> 29, writing, \u201cWell\u2026. I did it. Had another baby!!! What a wild ride labor is. Big shout out to all the moms. It\u2019s truly incredible what our bodies can do \u2764\ufe0f.\u201d<\/p>\n

The new arrival marks another milestone for the couple, who married in December 2023 after meeting during the pandemic through a virtual meditation<\/a> group. \u201cHe\u2019s just kind of perfect for me,\u201d Hudgens told Entertainment Tonight<\/a> in 2021. \u201cI think that it\u2019s also so important to stay grateful for everything that you have in life. And I\u2019ve been making that a priority, and I feel like it\u2019s just been making magic happen all the more.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for Tucker, 29, he\u2019s mostly stayed out of the spotlight, but during a brief chat with ET<\/a> at Game 3 of the 2025 World Series in October<\/a>, he couldn\u2019t help but gush over Hudgens, calling her a \u201crock star\u201d and a \u201csuper mom\u201d as they awaited the arrival of baby No. 2.<\/p>\n
