Ragi roti<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRagi is excellent for <a class=\"backlink\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/topic\/weight-loss\" data-vars-page-type=\"story\" data-vars-link-type=\"Manual\" data-vars-anchor-text=\"weight loss\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">weight loss<\/a> and bone health due to its high calcium and fibre content,\u201d says Khushi. \u201cHowever, those with kidney stones or hypothyroidism should consume it in moderation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> 2.
