As Pink goes into the new year, she is focused on healing<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 46-year-old singer shared a health update via Instagram<\/a> on Wednesday, December 31, as she wished fans, friends and followers a happy and healthy 2026.<\/p>\n

Alongside a smiling selfie in a hospital bed with a bandage around her neck, the mother of two revealed that she was spending the last moments of 2025 by herself and was undergoing a procedure.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to say Happy New Year\u2019s to everyone,\u201d she began in her lengthy caption. \u201cI am so happy to say goodbye to the snake year and welcome in the horse. I am leaving behind all of my hurt<\/a> in 2025. This year was a doozy for all of us and it ran the spectrum from absolutely devastating to mildly annoying.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cRaise Your Glass\u201d singer \u2014 who shares daughter Willow, 14, and son Jameson, 9, with husband Carey Hart \u2014 explained that she was ending the year by \u201cgiving reverence to, paying attention to, and to fixing my body<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

She then told followers why she was in the hospital, explaining, \u201cIt may not be a fancy Face lift, but I am getting two new shiny discs in my neck. A new scar<\/a>, a new reminder, that I appreciate this vessel that I have and use it for all it\u2019s worth. Rock \u2018n\u2019 roll is a contact sport.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reflecting on the year, she said, \u201cAs I sit here by myself on New Year\u2019s Eve in a hospital room while my family is happily snowboarding- I know that 2026 is going to be better<\/a> because that is the choice that I have made. I hope and pray every person can make that wish, have that choice. I know that isn\u2019t a reality for some.\u201d<\/p>\n

Over the last year, Pink revealed, \u201cI said goodbye to incredibly important people, and I said hello to new ones. I\u2019ve realized dreams this year, as well as nightmares.\u201d<\/p>\n

She then added what she hopes 2026 will bring.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will work this year to help preserve the choices of others to make for themselves and their families and this very pursuit of happiness,\u201d she said. \u201cLet\u2019s do better for ourselves<\/a> and for others. Let\u2019s not be afraid to take care of ourselves and others. I choose joy and I leave behind the hurt.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m going to reclaim my wild,\u201d she declared. \u201cAnd I\u2019m going to keep searching for the light, even as I experience the darkness. #onwardsand upwards as my father used to say.\u201d<\/p>\n

The singer received lots of love and well-wishes in the comments section of her post, with Rosie O\u2019Donnell writing, \u201cJust beautiful \u2013 thank u for this.\u201d<\/p>\n
