Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare has launched its \u2018Jog on January\u2019 fitness challenge for the fifth year running in a bid to motivate people to be active for 31 days and raise vital funds to help it continue to support local patients and their families who are living with a life limiting illness.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Challenge: 30 Miles in 30 Days<\/p>\n
The challenge is simple, achievable, and flexible for a fresh start: commit to complete a total of\u00a030 miles\u00a0over\u00a030 days.<\/p>\n
We know no one wants to spend New Year\u2019s day exercising, so your challenge\u00a0doesn\u2019t have to start on January 2nd!<\/p>\n
Your Pace, Your Way:\u00a0Break down the distance however you like\u2014a mile a day, two miles every other day, or longer weekend efforts.<\/p>\n
Your Move:\u00a0Whether you prefer to\u00a0walk, jog, run, swim, or cycle, the choice is yours!Your Route:\u00a0Complete your miles anywhere\u2014on a treadmill, around your local park, or even while simply walking the dog!What You Get When You Sign Up<\/p>\n
