The deal, which was first announced<\/a> in September, allows HonorHealth<\/a> to extend a network that already included over 200 primary, specialist and urgent care locations along with nine acute care hospitals.<\/p>\n \u201cThis transition reinforces our commitment to improving health and vitality and maintaining and \u2026 creating access points and opportunities for patients to receive the care they need, when and where they need it,\u201d HonorHealth CEO Todd LaPorte said in a press release.<\/p>\n What patients should know about clinics acquired by HonorHealth<\/p>\n To facilitate the transition to HonorHealth, the newly acquired locations are temporarily closed and will reopen on the following dates:<\/p>\n Apache Junction Health Center<\/a>, Jan. 13 Anybody looking to schedule primary care visits or video visits with the new HonorHealth clinics can do so by calling 623-580-5800.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, the following former Evernorth Care Group clinics were not part of the deal and are closed permanently:<\/p>\n Evernorth Care Group patients can get information about historical records or bills from before the sale by calling 800-233-3264.<\/p>\n Follow @kstonezone<\/a><\/p>\n We want to hear from you.<\/p>\n Have a story idea or tip?
