Hailee Steinfeld<\/a> might have a pitch perfect name in store.<\/p>\n

The True Grit star\u2014who is expecting her first baby<\/a> with husband Josh Allen\u2014hinted at what the baby\u2019s name could be in a Jan. 2 post to her Beau Society Substack<\/a>, sharing a photo of a knit sweater under a Christmas tree, embroidered with the name, \u201cBaby Beau.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Oscar winner also shared more snaps, including several pics with Josh as she reflected on 2025, writing about the \u201cmilestones, growth and moments that have reshaped me in ways I\u2019m still processing.\u201d<\/p>\n

And when it comes to the name Beau, as Hailee had previously explained, it holds a very special meaning for the 29-year-old and her family. <\/p>\n

“Before I was born,\u201d she recalled to fans in a November newsletter<\/a>, \u201cmy parents couldn\u2019t decide whether to name me Hailee or Bailee.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cObviously, they landed on Hailee,\u201d she continued, \u201cbut still liked the sound of Bailee, so they started calling me \u2018Hailee Beau Bailee\u2019, which we shortened to Beau.”<\/p>\n

She added, “It\u2019s a childhood nickname that I never dropped.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hailee\u2014who tied the knot with Josh in May<\/a>\u2014first shared the news of her pregnancy in a December newsletter<\/a> on her Substack, posting a video of Josh kissing her growing belly.<\/p>\n

At the time, she celebrated turning 29, writing, “28 was wild, beautiful, humbling, and full of the kind of moments that sneak up and change you quietly. This year, I\u2019ve been reminded of how precious life is.”<\/p>\n

And the Hawkeye actress and Buffalo Bills quarterback were \u201cof course\u201d thinking about children after getting married, with Hailee sharing how meaningful her new life with Josh has become.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat inner peace that you have, that rock, that solid, consistent part of your life is indescribable,\u201d she told Bustle<\/a> in November. \u201cI literally thank God every day that I found my person, and it\u2019s the greatest thing in the world. Life makes sense. Everything makes sense. I feel like I am stepping into the version that I\u2019ve always dreamed of being, having so much to do with being with him.\u201d<\/p>\n
