I’m absolutely terrible when it comes to exercise, and will use every excuse under the sun to not go to the gym despite paying for a membership. Annoyingly when I actually drag myself to the gym I usually end up really enjoying it, but I made the decision to cancel my membership this Christmas to save some money.<\/p>\n
I’d heard a lot of fuss about ‘walking pads’ and wanted to purchase one whilst it was reduced and give it a try to get back into a routine. Whilst I was at the gym I often walked on an incline for 30 minutes and usually ended up burning around 300 calories, don’t get me wrong, it was nothing strenuous but it did the job.<\/p>\n
That’s why I wanted to purchase a walking pad with a slight incline, and came across this 4 in 1 Walking Pad with 9% Incline<\/a> reduced from \u00a3169.99 to \u00a399.99 (prices accurate at the time of writing). The incline isn’t anything mega, but it’s enough to burn 300 calories in 30 minutes which is what I usually used to do on a ’12 incline’ in the gym.<\/p>\n You can also lightly jog on the walking pad if you want to, but I prefer to walk because I’m a bit lazy. It’s a great way of working up a bit of a sweat in the comfort of your own home, and recently I’ve been enjoying binging my favourite Netflix shows whilst walking on it.<\/p>\n On the Amazon website, the full product description reads: “The FOUSAE walking pad<\/a> is expertly engineered for four core activities: work, walking, jogging, and incline training. It takes a few tries to really get the hang of it in terms of balance, but once you’ve got it, it’s a fabulous gadget.<\/p>\n Maybe the novelty will wear off, but I’ve been using this product every day since I got it.
