CHAMPAIGN, Ill.\u2013 Illinois guard Keaton Wagler<\/a> (Shawnee, Kansas) is Big Ten Co-Freshman of the Week, the conference office announced Monday. Wagler shares the award with Washington’s Hannes Steinbach.\u00a0<\/p>\n Keaton Wagler<\/a> Highlights (Dec. 22-Jan. 4) This marks the fourth time in\u00a0eight selections this\u00a0season that an Illini has been named Big Ten Freshman of the Week. Wagler now has two accolades, joining two awards for teammate\u00a0David Mirkovic<\/a>.<\/p>\n
