Josh Charles might have had some bad blood with Travis Kelce<\/a> once upon a time, but he made sure fans know that the two are on good terms now.<\/p>\n

During an appearance on The Tonight Show<\/a> on Monday, January 5, host Jimmy Fallon told Charles, 54, that Ethan Hawke revealed in an interview that the Dead Poets Society actor \u201conce got into a fight with Travis Kelce.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cA fight? He exaggerated this,\u201d Charles explained. \u201cIt wasn\u2019t a fight. I\u2019ve always liked Travis Kelce and I just thought he was so cool. But that year that they beat the [Baltimore] Ravens in the AFC championship game, he was a real jerk that year. So, I kind of fell off of him.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, when I met him, I was like, \u2018You know, I\u2019ve always liked you, but this year you were kind of a d**k,\u201d the Baltimore native continued.<\/p>\n

Fallon, 51, was hilariously horrified that Charles had the nerve to say that to the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, but the Best Medicine star<\/a> assured him that Kelce laughed at the comment.<\/p>\n

\u201cI said, \u2018What was up with that?\u2019 and he laughed,\u201d Charles added. \u201cHe goes, \u2018You know what? You\u2019re right and I\u2019m going to tell you why. It\u2019s because we marked down that game against your team and if we could win that game<\/a> \u2013 we were most worried about that game \u2013 and I know I had to come in with some swagger.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Charles gave him credit for getting the Ravens riled up and said that Kelce managed to get \u201cone of our veterans to commit a personal foul\u201d and that he \u201cgot in our heads.\u201d He also admitted that Kelce\u2019s plan worked because the Chiefs took home the win.<\/p>\n

Charles made sure to clarify that he\u2019s actually a huge fan of Kelce and told Fallon that he was \u201csuch a good dude,\u201d adding, \u201cI like him. I like him a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n
