{"id":227360,"date":"2026-01-08T14:29:10","date_gmt":"2026-01-08T14:29:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/il\/227360\/"},"modified":"2026-01-08T14:29:10","modified_gmt":"2026-01-08T14:29:10","slug":"global-flight-tech-provider-etraveli-acquires-wenrix","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/il\/227360\/","title":{"rendered":"Global flight tech provider Etraveli acquires Wenrix"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Flight technology provider <a href=\"https:\/\/www.etraveligroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Etraveli Group<\/a> has acquired <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wenrix.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Wenrix<\/a> as it works <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phocuswire.com\/etraveli-b2b-transformation-phocuswright-conference-2025\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">to grow its B2B platform<\/a>.\u00a0The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>While it will be part of Etraveli Group, Wenrix will continue to function as an independent company, with the leadership team, strategy and product roadmap remaining intact. The B2B platform offers predictive and agentic artificial intelligence solutions for flights to online travel agencies and travel management companies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEtraveli Group&#8217;s strategy is to continuously strengthen its leading platform for selling flights and ensure it benefits the wider air travel ecosystem,\u201d said Etraveli CEO Mathias Hedlund.<\/p>\n<p>Etraveli had an existing partnership with Wenrix, with Hedlund calling the company a \u201cstrong strategic fit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are now looking forward to jointly addressing the challenges of air travel and creating competitive offerings,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>By combining Etraveli and Wenrix\u2019s strengths, Hedlund said the companies can improve the value they provide to global partners and foster new collaborations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWenrix was built to address some of the hardest problems in flight selling.
