The FCC sent the licensee a letter in December 2024 giving them 45 days to provide evidence that the station returned to the air between 9\/1\/23 and 9\/1\/24, which was never responded to. The station itself <a href=\"https:\/\/radioinsight.com\/headlines\/258232\/krlc-to-cease-operations\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">announced its sign-off<\/a> of its Classic Country brand on August 31, 2023 after the loss of its tower site.
