(City Housing) project.<\/p>\n<p>The competition site comprises three connected urban parcels, with a total area of approximately 18,600 m\u00b2, located in a rapidly developing urban district of Podgorica.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of the competition is to obtain a high-quality, functional, and sustainable design solution that provides a contemporary model of affordable housing.
