\n\tMadison Beer<\/a> stopped by The Tonight Show<\/a> for the TV debut of her new song \u201cBad Enough.\u201d The singer showcased the anthemic love song in a shimmering white gown and ethereal smoke.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cBad Enough\u201d comes off Beer\u2019s new LP, Locket<\/a>, which drops on Friday. The track, which will also get a music video on Friday, sees Beer croons about a problematic lover. \u201cI know that it seems easy\/ But I like that he needs me,\u201d she sings. \u201cMy friends all say my standards are too low\/ But it\u2019s not bad enough to let my baby go.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tBeer has teamed with longtime collaborators One Love, LOSTBOY, and Leroy Clampitt on\u00a0Locket, which also features her as co-producer. According to a press release, Beer had the album title in mind as she wrote the LP, \u201ca mosaic of past memories and experiences with Beer at the helm, creatively fusing pop soundscapes.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cAfter writing the album it feels like each song lives within this metaphorical locket for safe keeping,\u201d Beer said in a statement. \u201cEach album feels like an era and once the albums are out in the world the chapter for me, usually with what I wrote about, is closed.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBeer, who recently performed\u00a0Locket\u2018s two singles as part of\u00a0her Victoria\u2019s Secret Fashion Show performance<\/a>, told Rolling Stone<\/a> that the album pushed her vocally. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThere\u2019s one song that is very vocally challenging,\u201d she said. \u201cWhen I recorded this one song and I still had Twitter, I tweeted \u2018Oh my God, I literally don\u2019t know if I\u2019m gonna be able to speak for a week.\u2019 That was a feeling that I really enjoyed with this album. I really liked my desire to push myself and see what I was capable of. So I hope people like the vocals on this project because we spent a lot of time doing it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBeer will head out on tour in support of Locket in May.
