The space is kitted out with Technogym<\/a>\u2019s new Artis Luxury line. There\u2019s a Reformer pilates machine, free weights, a barre, and Sky Sports playing on a gigantic TV<\/a>. Most insightful is the Technogym Checkup \u2013 a scanner that reveals everything from body composition to mobility and strength. Once the sweating is done, there is the spa to enjoy. London\u2019s finest pool \u2013 a rare 25 metres \u2013 is bordered by daybeds that you\u2019d be forgiven for falling asleep on. There is also a sauna, steam room, ice bath, plunge pool and heated beds, the whole place a calm symphony of warm, golden-cream and marble tones. A visit is only complete with a stay at one of the House<\/a> suites on the upper floors \u2013 think astonishingly spacious living<\/a> and dining areas, full-height windows, a gargantuan bed you\u2019ll be metaphorically chained to, and a bathtub that overlooks prime London real estate.<\/p>\n

You lie down in the warm embrace of the Sound Pod with a weighted blanket, listen to a soundtrack masterminded by Hans Zimmer, and let the pod vibrate you to some much-needed R&R.
