While Runner’s World loves a playlist as much as the next runner, the thing that seriously impresses us is the former One Direction man’s marathon time. Running under the pseudonym Sted Sarandos, the 31-year-old ran the 2025 Berlin Marathon in 2:59:13.

As any runner knows, achieving a sub-3 marathon requires serious dedication – not only with your running, but also with your strength and conditioning.
