As part of the agreement, TBS has acquired $150 million of equity from the company and existing shareholders of Legendary,\u00a0representing\u00a0a small minority ownership stake in\u00a0Legendary. Following the transaction, the remaining equity continues to be owned by Legendary management, and funds managed by affiliates of Apollo who remain equal control shareholders of the business.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe agreement is non-exclusive and brings together\u00a0Legendary\u2019s\u00a0development, production and marketing expertise with TBS\u2019 respected and established reputation in the Japanese market.\u00a0The transaction supports each\u00a0company\u2019s continued expansion of global relationships.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tLegendary is already producing several projects based on Japanese IP across both theatrical and episodic, including\u00a0Godzilla x Kong: Supernova,\u00a0Monarch: Legacy of Monsters,\u00a0Street Fighter, which recently wrapped,\u00a0Gundam, now in pre-production,\u00a0Drops of God\u00a0Season 2, and previously produced\u00a0Pok\u00e9mon: Detective Pikachu.
