And we thought riding dragons was dangerous!

“Game of Thrones” star Emilia Clarke revealed she suffered a serious injury while filming her latest TV show, “Ponies.”

On the new series, Clarke and co-star Haley Lu Richardson play wives of two CIA agents during the Cold War who decide to become agents themselves after their men die under mysterious circumstances.

Part of going undercover for Clarke’s character included seducing a KGB operative as well as developing feelings for a different guy who turned on the KGB, all of which meant Clarke “really made out a bunch.”

“Three men, in a number of hours,” Clarke told The Wrap. “Just keep bringing it — I’m going to sit on this thing, you’re going to bring them in, we’re going to pretend to have sex. I broke a rib that day.”

And when the doctor wanted to know how Clarke had been injured, she didn’t hesitate to tell them, “Sex! Times three!”

Clarke added it wasn’t as devastating an injury as it sounds, explaining, “It didn’t like, fully break, it just popped out a little bit.”

Her co-star confirmed during the interview that Clarke got hurt during the scene, saying, “She [has] such a tiny little sensitive body, [it] meant she broke a rib.”

Injuries aside, Clarke also admitted she had reservations on her new TV series because of the long-term “commitment” required as a leading character.

“A lead in a TV show? I know what that commitment feels like,” she told The New York Times, referring to her leading role on “Game of Thrones,” something she felt immense pressure from.

“[During the show] there was never any time to stop and consider the meaning of it. I never had the foresight to think, ‘You’re going to want to take a minute,’” she told the outlet.

But Clarke opted to also step behind the camera on “Ponies” as an executive producer and recalled she had “never felt so deeply invested in making sure that people were happy, making sure that we were having a nice time.”

“Ponies” is streaming now on Peacock.

Follow us on Instagram @tnndentertainment for all your pop culture obsessions.
