In season two, he used his company Sonrisa to earn a large financial stake in the oil industry.<\/p>\n

It looks like season three might show Tommy and Gallino finally teaming up on Cooper\u2019s original oil contract.<\/p>\n

Sam Elliott \u2013 Returning!<\/p>\n

Sam Elliott<\/a>, who previously starred in another Taylor Sheridan<\/a> show, 1883, joined the show in season two.<\/p>\n

The season three finale featured him landing the job of overseeing the drilling of Tommy and Cooper\u2019s oil venture.<\/p>\n
