(NewsNation<\/a>) \u2014 Blake Lively<\/a> is singing the praises of her husband Ryan Reynolds, saying she does nothing without him.<\/p>\n

In a chat on WWD\u2019s \u201cThe Beauty of Tomorrow Podcast<\/a>\u201d promoting her Blake Brown haircare line, Lively, 38, said she routinely speaks to Reynolds about business advice and more.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe talk shop all the time. We really are partners in everything just because we\u2019re best friends,\u201d the \u201cGossip Girl\u201d alum told the show\u2019s host, Jenny B. Fine.<\/p>\n

Continuing, \u201cWe talk shop about, like, if I make the coffee, I\u2019m like, \u2018What did you like about that? What were the details?\u2019 We\u2019re very curious people.\u201d<\/p>\n

Regardless of whether they\u2019re working on a big project or something \u201cmundane,\u201d Lively says she and Reynolds intensely focus on their projects.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re just buddies. We\u2019re partners. Just watching him do what he\u2019s done and how he lives and how he operate,\u201d the \u201cCaf\u00e9 Society\u201d actress said on the show. \u201cAnd also, he\u2019s been my male tester for all of my fragrances, my formulas, my everything\u2026 so down to literally being my test strands of hair, to being somebody who I rely on for every facet of the business and my life. Nothing I do is without him.\u201d<\/p>\n

The couple got married in 2012 and have three daughters: James, 11; Inez, 9; and Betty and son, Olin, 2.<\/p>\n

Blake Lively\u2019s legal battle with Justin Baldoni<\/p>\n

Lively\u2019s praise for Reynolds comes in the middle of her legal case against director Justin Baldoni<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The actress\u00a0sued Baldoni and his studio Wayfarer<\/a>\u00a0in December 2024 over allegations of sexual harassment on the set of \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d by Baldoni and a producer on the movie.<\/p>\n

After Baldoni\u2019s legal team requested in November that the case be thrown out, Lively asked the judge presiding over the case to deny the request and for the case to proceed to trial \u2014 originally scheduled for March 2026 \u2014 because of the seriousness of the case.<\/p>\n

In December, a New York judge postponed the\u00a0high-profile legal battle<\/a>\u00a0between\u00a0Lively\u00a0and Baldoni,<\/a>\u00a0pushing the trial\u2019s start date to May 2026.<\/p>\n
