Do it with me today!\u201d she wrote in the caption of her Instagram demonstration. \u201cStay consistent and feel strong. YOU\u2019VE GOT THIS!\u201d Keep reading for her wisdom that you can put into action right at home.<\/p>\n<p>Bicep curl<\/p>\n<p>Using a pair of small free weights, Austin began by demonstrating a basic bicep curl while standing. \u201cMake sure, when you\u2019re doing this, your back is strong and straight, and curl all the way [up]. Full range of motion,\u201d she said. \u201cDo it for one whole minute.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tricep kickbacks<\/p>\n<p>Next, Austin hinged at her hips to create a flat back. Holding the same pair of small weights (which you can adjust to your needs), she began with her hands at her sides, then pushed the weights back behind her, then forward. The move helps \u201ctone and firm up, so when you wave goodbye, nothing will jiggle,\u201d she joked. She also recommended doing this for one minute.<\/p>\n<p>Squeeze press<\/p>\n<p>This last move tones the arms and inner chest, Austin said. She began by holding the weights with her arms bent at the elbows in a cactus-like shape in front of her. \u201cPull your arms down and push them back up,\u201d she instructed. \u201cKeeping your tummy in, your back straight. You got this. Woo! Have hot tanktop arms.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And that\u2019s it! Austin continues to share welcome reminders that getting or staying in shape doesn\u2019t have to be complicated.
