In his own comments, Trump, who is Kushner\u2019s father-in-law, also vowed that \u201cwe\u2019re going to be very successful in Gaza.\u201d<\/p>\n

What it could be for so many people.\u201d<\/p>\n Kushner, who has no official title but is one of Trump\u2019s envoys for the Gaza ceasefire, said the \u201cmaster plan\u201d for Gaza\u2019s reconstruction aimed for \u201ccatastrophic success.\u201d<\/p>\n With a slide showing dozens of shiny terraced apartment towers overlooking a tree-lined promenade, he promised a Mediterranean utopia rising from the scarred Gaza landscape.<\/p>\n \u201cIn the Middle East they build cities like this, you know for two or three million people, they build this in three years,\u201d Kushner said.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd so stuff like this is very doable if we make it happen.\u201d<\/p>\n NOW \u2013 Jared Kushner, unveils a slide show showing the “master plan,” for the future of Gaza and asks people on media and social media to “Just calm down for 30 days\u2026 let’s do our best to try working together, our goal here is peace between Israel and the Palestinian people.” pic.twitter.com\/1BT9nEN5FE<\/a><\/p>\n \u2014 Disclose.tv (@disclosetv) January 22, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n The plan includes a seaport and an airport, and will start in Rafah and move northward in phases until Gaza City, said Kushner, adding that \u201cthere is no plan B.\u201d\n<\/p>\n The White House, he said, wants to bring \u201cfree market\u201d economy principles to Gaza, reflecting the \u201csame mindset, same approach\u201d that Trump is implementing in the US.<\/p>\n According to Kushner,\u00a085 percent of Gaza\u2019s economy has consisted of aid deliveries for a long time.<\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s not sustainable. It doesn\u2019t give these people dignity. It doesn\u2019t give them hope,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n He pleaded for countries and businesspeople to invest in Gaza\u2019s reconstruction, calling on them to have faith in the project despite its inherent risks.<\/p>\n He set a goal of $25 billion for investments to rebuild infrastructure and public services destroyed since the Hamas onslaught of October 7, 2023, which sparked the war in Gaza.<\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019ll announce a lot of the contributions that will be made in a couple of weeks in Washington,\u201d he said. \u201cThere\u2019ll be amazing investment opportunities.\u201d<\/p>\n \t Within 10 years of reconstruction, Gaza\u2019s GDP would be $10 billion, and households would enjoy an average income of $13,000 a year thanks to \u201c100 percent full employment and opportunity for everybody there,\u201d said Kushner.<\/p>\n \u201cIt could be a hope. Some, it said, will be \u201cintegrated\u2026 following rigorous vetting,\u201d into the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG) \u2014 a group of independent Palestinian technocrats who will be overseen by the Board of Peace<\/p>\n The process will be Palestinian-led and \u201cinternationally verified,\u201d according to the slide. Its \u201cend state\u201d will be that\u00a0\u201conly NCAG-sanctioned personnel may carry weapons\u201d in Gaza, the slide said.<\/p>\n Reconstruction will begin only in areas with full disarmament, and the IDF will complete its withdrawal to a security perimeter around the Strip only once \u201cGaza-wide demilitarization\u201d is achieved, according to the slide.<\/p>\n On this slide @jaredkushner<\/a> presented on Gaza in Davos, Arabic is printed in reverse pic.twitter.com\/sWWxzT7O1d<\/a><\/p>\n \u2014 Daniella Cheslow (@DaniellaCheslow) January 22, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n The NCAG had enlisted help from Israeli real estate developer Yakir Gabay in Gaza\u2019s reconstruction, said Kushner.\n<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s volunteered to do this not for profit, really because of his heart; he wants to do this,\u201d Kushner said. \u201cSo the next 100 days, we\u2019re going to continue to just be heads down and focused on making sure this is implemented.\u201d<\/p>\n He also presented the NCAG\u2019s mission statement, which said members were committed to security, peace, democracy, justice and \u201cessential services that form the bedrock of human dignity.\u201d<\/p>\n
