Emphasising the importance of fitness, Mandira shared, \u201cI\u2019m 53. I have no problem sharing my age. In my 40s, I felt nothing. In my 50s, I feel nothing. I\u2019m lifting heavier weights now than I did in my 30s and 40s. When I say movement is medicine, exercise is medicine, it truly has been for me. It\u2019s not just medicine\u2014it\u2019s a supplement. Exercise is my supplement.\u201d<\/p>\n

She further added, \u201cThat\u2019s the one piece of advice I give everyone. Just exercise. Exercise and you won\u2019t feel many of the things people, especially women, go through in their 40s and 50s. Exercise is your antidote, your preventive, and your supplement.\u201d<\/p>\n

On the work front, Mandira has delivered impactful performances in projects like 24: India, The Railway Men, Saaho, The Tashkent Files, and the South film Identity.<\/p>\n
