Before launching her Confessions of A Female Founder podcast in 2025, the Duchess had another podcast called Archetypes.<\/a><\/p>\n

These claims were made to Vanity Fair and were very damaging to the Duchess\u2019 image,<\/a> with some ex-staff reportedly alleging that they needed \u201clong-term therapy\u201d after being part of the team who worked on her old podcast.<\/p>\n

One source told the publication: \u201cShe\u2019s constantly playing checkers \u2013 I\u2019m not even going to say chess \u2013 but she\u2019s just very aware of where everybody is on her board. And when you are not in, you are to be thrown to the wolves at any given moment.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other claims included allegations that some staff members needed \u201cextended breaks from work\u201d after being employed by Meghan.<\/p>\n

According to sources, Harry and Meghan were said to be feeling “bruised and upset” after seeing the claims in the article.<\/p>\n

The Express has reached out to Meghan Markle<\/a>\u2019s spokesperson for comment.<\/p>\n

This podcast featured Meghan inviting businesswomen to chat about all things business.<\/p>\n

The Duchess released only one series of podcast episodes and has not released any more since.
