Brooklyn Beckham could reportedly walk away with \u201cabsolutely nothing\u201d if his marriage to Nicola Peltz<\/a> ended \u2014 and insiders claim that fear is exactly what has David and Victoria Beckham \u201cdevastated, worried and concerned\u201d right now.<\/p>\n

According to Page Six<\/a>, Brooklyn, 26, signed what one source described as an \u201ciron-clad\u201d prenup before his 2022 wedding that leaves him with no claim on Nicola\u2019s assets in the event of a split, including the couple\u2019s reportedly $16 million Beverly Hills home. The property was paid for out of Nicola\u2019s trust fund, which was set up by her father, billionaire investor Nelson Peltz, who\u2019s estimated to be worth $1.2 billion.<\/p>\n

\u201cBrooklyn\u2019s not entitled to any of Nicola\u2019s assets,\u201d a source told the outlet, adding that the further he drifts from his own family, the more vulnerable he could be if the relationship ever ended. \u201cAt this point, the Peltzes are running things,\u201d the source alleged, describing David and Victoria as \u201cdevastated, worried and concerned for their son, brother and grandson.\u201d<\/p>\n

The report lands days after Brooklyn posted a six-page Instagram statement on Jan. 19, saying he does \u201cnot want to reconcile\u201d with his parents and accusing them of \u201cendless attacks\u201d on his relationship with Nicola. In the latest Instagram rift moment<\/a>, he claimed Victoria canceled Nicola\u2019s wedding dress \u201cat the 11th hour\u201d and described her as dancing \u201cvery inappropriately on me in front of everyone\u201d during the 2022 wedding.<\/p>\n

Since then, more details from the day have resurfaced. The couple\u2019s DJ, Fat Tony,<\/a> said a planned first dance between Brooklyn and Nicola never happened after performer Marc Anthony invited Victoria onstage instead. He called the resulting mother-son dance \u201creally awkward for everyone in the room\u201d and said Nicola left in tears \u2014 a moment Brooklyn had already described as humiliating<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Brooklyn hasn\u2019t limited his complaints to the wedding fallout. He\u2019s also alleged his parents have \u201ccontrolled narratives in the press\u201d about the family for years and, ahead of his 2022 wedding, tried to \u201cbribe\u201d him into signing away rights to his name. Sources close to David and Victoria disputed that, saying the paperwork was tied to David\u2019s Authentic Brands Group deal and meant to protect the Beckham name \u2014 not strip Brooklyn of it \u2014 while Page Six noted Victoria had trademarked all four of her children\u2019s names as an IP safeguard and that Brooklyn took over his own trademark when he turned 18.<\/p>\n

\u201cBy this time, he was already in with the Peltzes,\u201d said another source familiar with the matter. \u201cBut Brooklyn is working commercially every day and he\u2019s effectively been given the waiver [to use his name] anyway. Of course he\u2019s never been sued [by Authentic Brands], which proves this is all nonsense.\u201d<\/p>\n

Behind the scenes, the Beckhams are reportedly still hoping for a reconciliation<\/a>, even as Brooklyn publicly insists he\u2019s done and appears firmly aligned with the Peltz side \u2014 down to his double-barreled last name and food ventures. For now, the family\u2019s most visible communication is coming through third parties and carefully worded statements, with insiders claiming David and Victoria fear Brooklyn\u2019s future is \u201cin the Peltzes\u2019 hands.\u201d<\/p>\n
