Prime Video announced Monday<\/a> that they\u2019re moving up the release dates for the final two episodes of Fallout<\/a>: Season 2.<\/p>\n

Episode 7 will now launch Tuesday, January 27th at 6pm PT and the season finale, Episode 8, will now begin streaming on Tuesday, Feb. 3rd at 6pm PT. <\/p>\n

The final two episodes had originally been scheduled for Wednesday releases.<\/p>\n

The first season of Fallout was a binge release where all the episodes dropped on the same day, whereas Season 2 has been a weekly rollout, \u201cwhich makes viewership comparisons tricky<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fallout: Season 2 has thus far been receiving largely positive reviews from IGN\u2019s Matt Purslow, although he was most critical of last week\u2019s Episode 6 (\u201cThe Other Player\u201d)<\/a>, which he nevertheless still gave a score of 7 (or \u201cgood\u201d on the IGN review scale<\/a>), writing: <\/p>\n

\u201cFallout twists its big Season 1 finale by revealing that there\u2019s an entirely different hand steering the apocalypse, finally bringing The Enclave into the picture. Back to back with last week\u2019s Mr. House confrontation, this recent set of flashbacks are easily the best of the show so far. <\/p>\n

But things are more uneven out in the wasteland: while Lucy\u2019s morals and her relationship with Hank are tested in interesting, complicated ways, our first encounter with a super mutant is disappointing, as is Fallout\u2019s refusal to make the Vault storylines feel a truly essential part of the entire stage.\u201d<\/p>\n
