Especially since vague details emerged around a new Ryan Reynolds Marvel movie, which we were told would pair Deadpool with several members of the X-Men. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Without much to go on, fans speculated that this could be an X-Force flick, and a new rumor supports that idea.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Industry scooper <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/DanielRPK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Daniel Richtman<\/a> has reported that Marvel Studios is moving forward with X-Force. This is presumably the same project that Reynolds is working on. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">So how will this fit into Marvel Studios&#8217; wider plans for the X-Men? It\u2019s been reported that a new MCU will be created in the wake of Avengers: Secret Wars, serving as a soft reboot for the franchise. It&#8217;s possible that the Multiverse will still exist and that X-Force would play out in a parallel reality.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">It\u2019s no secret that the studio has big plans for the X-Men.\u00a0If the team is already established when we meet them, it would arguably be easy enough\u00a0to explain X-Force&#8217;s presence in the MCU. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">It will be cool to see what they do with these characters in Marvel\u2019s Phase 6 and beyond. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"An X-Force Marvel movie has been a rumor swirling around the fanbase for years now.
