Travis Scott<\/a> \u201cdone made it now\u201d\u2014 he\u2019s part of the star-studded cast of Christopher Nolan<\/a>\u2018s \u201cThe Odyssey<\/a>.\u201d <\/p>\n

The Grammy-nominated<\/a> rapper made a surprise appearance in a new TV spot for Nolan\u2019s upcoming epic adaptation that aired Sunday during the broadcast of the NFL AFC Championship match<\/a> between the New England Patriots and the Denver Broncos. (To be clear, Scott\u2019s pop cultural might<\/a> was never in question.) <\/p>\n

In the minute-long teaser, Scott\u2019s unnamed character appears to be holding court in a dimly lit hall with Jon Bernthal\u2019s Menelaus and Tom Holland\u2019s Telemachus among his audience. <\/p>\n

\u201cA war, a man, a trick \u2014 a trick to break the walls of Troy,\u201d Scott\u2019s character says, while banging his scepter for emphasis. \u201cA burning, screaming to the ground.\u201d The clip also features scenes from a previous trailer<\/a> teasing images of the war and Odysseus\u2019 journey home. <\/p>\n

Based on the Greek epic by Homer, Nolan\u2019s film stars Matt Damon as the titular king of Ithaca on his way home after the Trojan War. Anne Hathaway portrays Penelope, Odysseus\u2019 wife, and Telemachus (Holland) is their son. The film\u2019s cast also includes Charlize Theron, Zendaya, Lupita Nyong\u2019o, Robert Pattinson, Elliot Page, Benny Safdie, John Leguizamo, Mia Goth, Bill Irwin, Samantha Morton, Jesse Garcia and Will Yun Lee. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe Odyssey\u201d is not the first collaboration between Scott and Nolan. The \u201cSicko Mode\u201d rapper previously released \u201cThe Plan\u201d for Nolan\u2019s 2020 sci-fi thriller \u201cTenet.\u201d <\/p>\n
