In order to be eligible for selection on AQIU\u2019s list of Pro Bono Counsel, candidates must:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Be able to\u00a0demonstrate\u00a0a thorough working knowledge of\u00a0World Aquatics\u2019 rules and regulations.\u00a0<br \/>\nBe licensed to practise law in at least one national\u00a0jurisdiction\u00a0of\u00a0World Aquatics\u2019 member\u00a0federations.\u00a0<br \/>\nHave a minimum of\u00a0two\u00a0years of professional experience in sports\u00a0law.\u00a0<br \/>\nBe able to\u00a0demonstrate\u00a0their availability and flexibility\u00a0in order to\u00a0give attention to any matter in which they are appointed.\u00a0<br \/>\nBe independent and have no pre-existing relationship with or official function at\u00a0World Aquatics, the AQIU, Continental Organisations or Member Federations.\u00a0<br \/>\nBe fluent in English\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Terms of Reference of the Pro Bono Counsel\u00a0List is available\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/aquaticsintegrity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Pro-Bono-Counsel-List-Terms-of-Reference.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">here<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates who meet the above-mentioned requirements must\u00a0submit\u00a0a motivation letter, together with their CV, to\u00a0AQIU\u00a0at\u00a0info@aquaticsintegrity.com, by\u00a01\u00a0March\u00a02026\u00a0at the latest.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n             Enjoy this article?
