The most famous faces of the fashion scene (and the world) have gathered in Paris for spring 2026\u2019s Couture Week<\/a>. But the beauty looks on the runways (peep Dior\u2019s romantic futurism and Schiaparelli\u2019s wild creatures) aren\u2019t the only sights to behold\u2014there are also star-studded front rows, which double as incredible people watching and the perfect place to reveal a beauty transformation.<\/p>\n

Take Chanel\u2019s spring 2026 couture collection<\/a>, where both singer Gracie Abrams<\/a> and actor Pen\u00e9lope Cruz have debuted new \u2018dos. For Abrams, the look fell in line with the shorter, bixie-style crop we\u2019re seeing trending. Cruz also went shorter for the big event, this time with a clavi-cut.<\/p>\n

The portmanteau name is exactly this: The clavi-cut<\/a> is the longest of the infinite bob varieties, hitting right at the collar (or clavicle) bone. Add in a slightly more tapered front with face-framing pieces, and you have a haircut that looks gorgeous on women of every age<\/a>. Cruz\u2019s hair has changed, too. Instead of her dark chocolate brown, it\u2019s a few shades lighter with a slightly auburn undertone. She\u2019s officially spring-ready.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that a Chanel show appears to be Cruz\u2019s favorite way to reveal a hair transformation: It was at the fall\/winter 2025 show that she gave us her famous honeyed bob<\/a>.<\/p>\n
