Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck<\/a> finalized their divorce last January<\/a> without a prenuptial agreement, opting to keep their separate earnings from their two-year marriage and waive any spousal support. However, one shared asset remains that\u2019s kept the exes financially tied together a year later: Their luxurious $52 million marital home, which they\u2019ve been trying to sell since they announced their split. However, property records show that Lopez and Affleck kicked off 2026 by making a surprising decision with their 12-bedroom Beverly Hills property<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to People<\/a>, Lopez and Affleck have decided to pull the sprawling 38,000-square-foot estate\u2014which they purchased for $60.8 million in 2023\u2014off the market. Property records reveal that the exes removed the listing on Monday, January 26. Lopez and Affleck originally publicly listed the pricey, 24-bathroom home<\/a> with an asking price of $68 million in July 2024, one month before announcing their breakup. They dropped the price to $60 million last May, and took the property off the market in July when it failed to sell.<\/p>\n

Last September, the \u201cOn the Floor\u201d singer and Gone Girl alum re-listed the home once again with a major price cut bringing it to $52 million. At the time, sources told People that taking the home off the market was a \u201cdecision they made together,<\/a>\u201d as Lopez and Affleck both wanted to cut their financial losses on the property as much as possible.<\/p>\n

“While they\u2019ve been hoping to sell the property, they\u2019ve also been hesitant to take a big loss,\u201d a source told the outlet. \u201cThey lowered the price to get more interest, and when this didn\u2019t happen, they were advised to take it off the market. It was a business decision that they made together.\u201d<\/p>\n

A real estate insider revealed that the \u201crough sellers market\u201d was compounded by the home\u2019s multi-million dollar \u201cprice point,\u201d limiting potential buyers. The home itself has no shortage of luxury amenities, including a 12-car garage, a sports complex featuring basketball and pickleball courts, a gym, a boxing ring, and a pool. There\u2019s also a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a two-bedroom guardhouse, and a caretaker property on the estate.<\/p>\n
