Of those, only 706 were approved, including 684 voluntary agreements that never intended the meet program\u2019s goal, according to the Daily Mail.<\/p>\n<p>Newsom has denied the report. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cCARE Court has helped THOUSANDS of Californians into care to recover \u2014 not 22. Even under the most NARROW definition (court-ordered treatment plans, which is one of many treatment outcomes), the number is 600+ and growing,\u201d his press team tweeted.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe California Post is here. Andy Johnstone for California Post<\/p>\n<p>Instead, a judge rejected her petition, leaving the family feeling \u201cdevastated\u201d and \u201ccompletely out of hope,\u201d she told the Daily Mail.<\/p>\n<p>Kevin Dalton, a former candidate for the LA County Board of Supervisors, slammed the program as a \u201cgigantic missed opportunity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe people who are supposed to be helping are in fact profiting from the situation,\u2019 Dalton told the Daily Mail. \u201cIt\u2019s like a diet company not really wanting you to lose weight.
