Claire Danes<\/a> is looking back at her last pregnancy.<\/p>\n

The 46-year-old Emmy-winning actress and The Beast In Me star was revealed to be pregnant<\/a> with her third child three years ago, and gave birth<\/a> in July 2023.<\/p>\n

While appearing on the latest episode of Amy Poehler<\/a>\u2018s Good Hang<\/a> podcast, Claire recalled finding out she was pregnant and how she reacted. <\/p>\n

\u201cI called my OBGYN in convulsive tears. It was a pure like \u2026 meltdown,\u201d she recalled, noting her children are all nearly five years apart. \u201cNone of this was by design. I didn\u2019t know it was physically possible. I was [43]. And actually, Rowan was very hard-earned. I had to do two rounds of IVF. It just was so unlikely.\u201d<\/p>\n

In another recent interview, Claire remembered feeling some shame that she was pregnant at that age. <\/p>\n

\u201cI did not foresee this at all. And it was weird. Suddenly, I felt like a funny shame,\u201d she shared on the Smartless<\/a> podcast, which is co-hosted by Amy\u2018s ex-husband Will Arnett<\/a>. \u201cI was naughty. I had been caught fornicating past the point I was meant to. No, it was weird, and it was like I found an edge that I hadn\u2019t been quite conscious of \u2014 like I was going outside of the parameters a little bit.\u201d<\/p>\n
