KATY, Texas \u2014 A \u201cmajor, well-known health care institution\u201d has acquired a 137,000-square-foot office building in the Katy area formerly fully occupied by DNV USA.<\/p>\n
Rick Goings, one of the JLL<\/a> brokers representing the property seller, did not disclose more identifying information about the buyer nor about the seller of the property at 1400 Ravello Drive. He said the seller is a \u201clarge lending institution\u201d based in New York City that had taken over the property after it foreclosed last year.<\/p>\n DNV USA, the American arm of Norwegian industrial services company DNV, moved into The Offices at Greenhouse on Jan. 1, Going said.
