The Singapore Open is the second tournament on The International Series’ 2026 calendar, staged from 23-26 April at Sentosa Golf Club, after the season opener in Japan 2-5 April.

The announcement follows last week’s confirmation of the first nine events on The International Series schedule for 2026, a season that sees landmark tournaments return, new events added, and International Series Philippines elevated to National Open status. The International Series, a series of elevated events on the Asian Tour, delivered multiple qualification opportunities to the Majors last season as well as two berths at this season’s LIV Golf League from the season-long Rankings race, underlining its growing significance on the global calendar.

At last season’s International Series Macau presented by Wynn, three direct exemptions to The 153rd Open were secured by Torque GC‘s Carlos Ortiz, Legion XIII‘s Tom McKibbin and Patrick Reed. Kokrak finished T40 at Royal Portrush. Later in the year, McKibbin produced a wire-to-wire victory at the Link Hong Kong Open, earning qualification for both The Masters Tournament and The Open.

The Singapore Open returned to The International Series calendar last year when Yosuke Asaji’s breakthrough victory propelled him up the Rankings and ultimately saw him join LIV Golf this season.

Rahul Singh, Head of The International Series, said: “This is another strong validation of the quality of competition we are building. Offering this pathway to The Open shows the strength of the Series and for our players, these are truly career-defining opportunities. It reflects the growing trust placed in the Series by the wider game.”

With qualification routes now firmly embedded across its schedule, The International Series on the Asian Tour continues to serve as a launchpad for emerging talent, a competitive platform for established stars, and a meaningful bridge between regional tours and the very top of the professional game.

LONDON – The road to Royal Birkdale will run through the Singapore Open, which will offer two direct…

[9
85,46,105
0":"post-272075","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-sports","8":"tag-il","9":"tag-israel","10":"tag-sports
["GET
