Nicola Peltz\u2019s father Nelson Peltz addressed son-in-law Brooklyn Beckham\u2019s ongoing feud<\/a> with parents David and Victoria Beckham at The Wall Street Journal\u2019s Invest Live event in West Palm Beach on Tuesday, February 3.<\/p>\n

\u201cHas my family been in the press lately? I haven\u2019t noticed that at all,\u201d the billionaire investor, 83, joked, per People<\/a>, after reporter Lauren Thomas brought up all the media attention that his daughter, 31, has been receiving.<\/p>\n

When asked if he\u2019d given his family any advice on how to handle situations like theirs, the businessman confirmed that he had. \u201cMy advice is to stay the hell out of the press,\u201d Nelson revealed before conceding, \u201cHow much good did that do?\u201d<\/p>\n

Brooklyn, 26, made headlines on Monday, January 19, when he confirmed the long-rumored rift in a scathing Instagram Story post, in which he accuses David, 50, and Victoria, 51, of \u201ctrying endlessly to ruin [his] relationship\u201d with Nicola.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy daughter and the Beckhams are a whole other story,\u201d Nelson went on to tell the Wall Street Journal reporter. \u201cThat\u2019s not for coverage here today but I\u2019ll tell you my daughter is great, my son-in-law Brooklyn is great and I look forward to them having a long, happy marriage together.\u201d<\/p>\n

As the National Enquirer previously reported<\/a>, Nicola has the full support of dad Nelson and mom Claudia Peltz amid her and Brooklyn\u2019s rift with the Beckhams.<\/p>\n
