Meghan Markle is reportedly \u201cabsolutely horrified\u201d as Prince Harry considers returning to a part-time royal role amid mental health issues.<\/p>\n
A source told Heat Magazine that the Duke of Sussex is in a \u201cbad place\u201d at the moment and feels overwhelmed over his growing distance from the royal family. <\/p>\n
His ongoing legal battles, money woes and his father King Charles\u2019 health issues are only adding to his stress, the insider added. <\/p>\n
Now, they said Harry is considering a part time royal role but Meghan feels the idea is \u201csickening\u201d as they build their life in California. <\/p>\n
\u201cHarry is in a bad place right now, he\u2019s acting, and feeling, like the weight of the world is on his shoulders,\u201d they said of Harry\u2019s current mental health issues. <\/p>\n
They added, \u201cHe\u2019s likely to be consumed by worry and feeling overwhelmed and there\u2019s a growing feeling he\u2019s like the human equivalent of a house of cards.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis case isn\u2019t helping; it\u2019s bringing up so much pain from the past, stuff he continues to deal with. <\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s worth it to him because he genuinely believes he\u2019s doing this for the greater good but there\u2019s a lot at stake if he loses so the pressure is enormous, as well as the fact that with so many transatlantic phone calls, it\u2019s just constant noise.\u201d<\/p>\n
As for Meghan, she is said to be \u201cabsolutely horrified, she can\u2019t fathom why he\u2019d want to go backwards when they\u2019re building this wonderful life together in California.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s not as though he can\u2019t still do his philanthropic work, so she doesn\u2019t understand why he needs to be a part of an institution that she says treated them both so badly. <\/p>\n
\u201cThey fought hard to pull themselves out of that environment and now he\u2019s romanticising it all over again, it\u2019s sickening for her.\u201d<\/p>\n
