To paraphrase Hugh Grant’s famous line in Love Actually: If you look closely enough, you’ll find love all around you. You need not attend a wedding or wait for birthday festivities to feel its transformative power. Over the next four weeks, our new “Relationship Audit” workshop series will help us uncover the areas in our lives where we may unknowingly forfeit our chances to give and receive love.

This week, over a series of short exercises, we’ll recognize the love already present in our lives: in small acts of kindness, our friendships, and moments of connection and acceptance. First, we’ll make an inventory of all of that love, to keep it on hand as a reminder when we’re feeling down or alone. Then, we’ll explore how that list makes us feel, and make space for what more we need from our relationships.

Our hope is that we learn more about ourselves, and to recognize and cultivate more love in our everyday lives. Download the first workshop below, and remember to follow along with us next week to continue on our journey toward true fulfilment.
