I was just like, \u2018I\u2019m eating everything.\u2019 I was so hungry,\u201d she added of her symptoms.<\/p>\n<p>Claire thinks she got the parasite in Morocco, and that she had it for \u201cat least five years.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey travel as a pair. I got told by the doctor, gross, absolutely rank. It\u2019s disgusting,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo that\u2019s why I gave up caffeine. I basically had to go on this diet\u2026I didn\u2019t want to take really hardcore antibiotics and stuff like that, I took all this little gross stuff, and part of that was giving up caffeine. Once you\u2019ve given it up, it\u2019s such a mission to give it up.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Claire said she used to have \u201cat least 15 cups of tea a day\u201d and typically two coffees.<\/p>\n<p>She also said she has an unnamed autoimmune condition.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is my big secret, I feel like I\u2019m in The Traitors or something, and I\u2019m letting everyone know that I\u2019m related to someone. I don\u2019t actually eat gluten or sugar except when I go out for dinner,\u201d she said, apart from exceptions during certain special events.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt doesn\u2019t have an impact on me,\u201d she went on to explain. \u201cIt\u2019s just because I have an autoimmune condition, so I should avoid anything which causes more inflammation.\u201d <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Claire Foy is opening up about her health.
