Kaley Cuoco<\/a> is getting candid about a low point in her life.<\/p>\n The Big Bang Theory<\/a> alum looked back on her 2021 breakup with ex-husband Karl Cook after 3 years of marriage, reflecting on reaching a breaking point the following year amid their divorce proceedings.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was the premiere of the second season of\u00a0Flight Attendant, and I woke up that morning, I was so depressed and so sad, I couldn’t even breathe and I was just laying on the floor,\u201d she said during an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show set to air Feb. 9, per Entertainment Weekly<\/a>. \u201cI literally thought I was gonna die. I really did. I said, \u2018What am I doing?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Kaley, 40, admitted her despair was so intense that she nearly pulled out of the red carpet event at the last minute.<\/p>\n \u201cMy team came over to get me ready, and they literally got me ready on the floor,\u201d she recalled. \u201cI couldn\u2019t get up.
