{"id":291822,"date":"2026-02-15T00:41:06","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T00:41:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/il\/291822\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T00:41:06","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T00:41:06","slug":"is-safety-dead-at-xai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/il\/291822\/","title":{"rendered":"Is safety \u2018dead\u2019 at xAI?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"speakable-summary\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elon Musk is \u201cactively\u201d working to make xAI\u2019s Grok chatbot \u201cmore unhinged,\u201d according to a former employee who <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/ai-artificial-intelligence\/878761\/mass-exodus-at-xai-grok-elon-musk-restructuring\" target=\"_blank\">spoke to The Verge<\/a> about recent departures from Musk\u2019s AI company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This week, following the announcement that <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2026\/02\/02\/elon-musk-spacex-acquires-xai-data-centers-space-merger\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Musk\u2019s SpaceX is acquiring xAI<\/a> (which previously acquired his social media company X), at least 11 engineers and <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2026\/02\/10\/okay-now-exactly-half-of-xais-founding-team-has-left-the-company\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">two co-founders<\/a> said they\u2019re leaving the company.
