Natalie Portman<\/a> took a little part of the Star Wars<\/a> set to remember it by. Unfortunately, that memento is lost to time.\n<\/p>\n

Portman, who played Padm\u00e9 Amidala in all three of the prequel films, took a locket of her onscreen beloved Anakin Skywalker’s (Hayden Christensen<\/a>) hair. She told Drew Barrymore<\/a> that the braids that Anakin had were actually clip-on extensions.\n<\/p>\n

“It’s quite iconic,” Portman said on The Drew Barrymore Show. “The only problem is I lost it. I don’t know where it is now. I stole it and lost it.”\n<\/p>\n

Portman had been playing a game of “Pop Quiz” on Barrymore’s daytime show, which takes viewers behind the scenes of an actor’s most iconic roles. She also reminisced on her experiences on Garden State, Closer, Black Swan, No Strings Attached, and Jackie.\n<\/p>\n

Hayden Christensen recently revealed that he took a similar prop, which Barrymore pointed out. The Virgin Suicides actor also stole some of Anakin’s hair<\/a>, specifically from Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith.\n<\/p>\n

“Full disclosure: That’s not my real hair,” Christensen joked during Fan Expo New Orleans<\/a>\u00a0on Friday, Jan. 9.\n<\/p>\n

Padm\u00e9 had an iconic look, too, which Christensen wanted to memorialize. He shared that he stole “a couple of the little Padm\u00e9 braids from\u00a0Episode II” and “a couple of other little knick-knacks,” including a hard-to-conceal lightsaber. After filming in Australia, Christensen said he took one of the weapons and tried to bring it home.\n<\/p>\n

“I was trying to figure out how to get this one lightsaber back,” he said. “So I packaged it up, and I shipped it as a didgeridoo. I told them I bought a didgeridoo, [because] I wanted them to send it back to Canada for me.”\n<\/p>\n

It doesn’t appear that Portman took anything else from the Star Wars set, which probably saved the headache of trying to smuggle a bulky prop across the world.\n<\/p>\n
