Hiring teams are in turn using it to screen CVs \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/articles\/ced6jv76091o\" class=\"ssrcss-1e0jzsh-InlineLink e1kn3p7n0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">and, in some cases, even conduct interviews<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Businesses argue that government policies, including a rise in the minimum wage, have pushed up their costs.
