However, Cave recently shared on her <a href=\"https:\/\/jessiecave.substack.com\/p\/only-wingardium-nakediosa\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/jessiecave.substack.com\/p\/only-wingardium-nakediosa\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Substack<\/a> that she was still barred from the convention.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\t\u201cI found out that I didn\u2019t get booked for a Harry Potter convention recently, as I\u2019m now doing OnlyFans,\u201d she wrote. \u201cThey explained it was because it\u2019s a \u2018family show and OnlyFans is affiliated with porn.\u2019 This was baffling to me as some actors who do conventions (most actors, actually) have done TV and films in which they\u2019ve done sex scenes and nudity. I\u2019m just playing with my hair!\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tWhile Cave feels she\u2019s been \u201ccanceled\u201d from some parts of the Harry Potter fandom, she knows it\u2019s time for the next generation to take over the beloved story, with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/lists\/harry-potter-tv-series-cast\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/lists\/harry-potter-tv-series-cast\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">TV series currently in development<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\t\u201cI am not upset about the prospect of no more Harry Potter conventions,\u201d she said. \u201cThere\u2019s going to be a new cast now and it\u2019s a different time. Plus, I have done conventions for over 15 years and have enough photos and wizard memorabilia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tCave recalled how some years, \u201cthe money I got from signing photos of my face was the only real money I made. I am very lucky I got to do them.\u201d But she also acknowledged that \u201cit\u2019s time to move on and play some new characters.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tShe played Lavender Brown beginning with Half-Blood Prince, as the character had an increased presence starting in the 2009 film as Ron Weasley\u2019s (Rupert Grint) girlfriend.\u00a0She also appeared in Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2010) and Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2011).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tCave has also been candid on her Substack about her reasoning for starting an OnlyFans, saying it\u2019s to help pay her bills and renovate her new house.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Jessie Cave claims she was excluded from a Harry Potter fan convention due to her OnlyFans.
