The Apprentice<\/a> is only up to week four of its current run, but fans already seem to have picked their winner following the latest episode. After a bold approach to leadership and a successful attempt at an advert for a water bottle, it seems viewers have one popular pick for Lord Alan Sugar’s next business partner.<\/p>\n

Karishma Vijay’s team won the latest task, and the charismatic candidate has picked up her fair share of supporters on social media.<\/p>\n

Taking to X during tonight’s episode, one fan said<\/a>: “Can Sugar just cancel the rest of the series and hire Karishma. She’s good at what she does and her attitude is just right.”<\/p>\n

“Karishma carrying her team to the win makes sense she\u2019s my pick to win this whole thing,” said another<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A third wrote<\/a>: “Karishma is the best contestant this competition has seen in like 4 series.”<\/p>\n

“I like Karishma\u2026hope she wins the series,” wrote yet another<\/a> supporter.<\/p>\n

Conor Galvin, meanwhile, was the Project Manager of the losing team – although it was Roxanne Hamedi who ultimately became the fifth candidate to be fired.<\/p>\n

Even Roxanne backed Karishma for the win, saying after her dismissal that “everyone’s got a different skill set. So if I was to hire someone within the beauty industry, it would obviously be Karishma. I feel like she has come across quite strong.”<\/p>\n

“Rothna, Lawrence or Dan as well,” she added. “I suppose they’d be my top people that I’d hire. But like I say, everyone’s got their different skill sets, but within my kind of area, I would have probably said Karishma or Rothna.”<\/p>\n

Asked if she deserved the axe, she said: “No, I don’t think I deserved it. I just feel like there was definitely a lack of direction and leadership from the Project Manager, Conor. <\/p>\n

“He said that he wants something bold and clean and I believe that’s what I delivered. So the instructions were very vague but I delivered what was asked for with clarity, simplicity and a creative touch. I still stand by it being a professional brand with room to build around it. <\/p>\n

“But then also at the same time, being sub team lead, I definitely wanted to get out of my comfort zone and take that risk and just showcase that I’m not someone that’s going to coast through this experience. So I don’t regret being a sub-team lead, but I just feel like my time was cut short in the process.”<\/p>\n
